Chicken Breasts With Corn Flakes Crumbs




Ingredients: 

4 chicken breasts, sliced to 1/2 inch thick
2 cups corn flake crumbs
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste



Directions:
Place corn flakes in a plate. In a second plate add in egg, beat it, add milk, flour and season it with salt and pepper, stir until smooth. Coat the chicken in milk and egg mixture and then with corn flake crumbs.

Butter the baking pan and place the chicken in one layer. Bake for 50 - 55 minutes on 350 degrees F. Serve with cabbage salad.
