Greek Pasta Salad

Greek Pasta Salad 5 oz dry Lasagnettes pasta, uncooked (about 1 ½ cups) ½ pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1 cup cucumber, diced, seeded (peeled or unpeeled) 1 cup  pitted Kalamata olives, drained ½ cup red onion, diced 3 oz  good quality feta cheese, crumbled ¼ cup Greek Salad Dressing (recipe follows) Coarse ground black pepper Oregano

Baked Chicken Fajitas Recipe

  Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies 1 medium onion, sliced 1 large bell pepper, seeded and sliced 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil 2 teaspoons chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 12 flour tortillas, warmed to serve
