Crazy-Good Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
1 lb. Lump Crab Meat  2 Slices White Bread, crumbled, crust removed 1 Egg, beaten 2 tbsp. Mayo 1 tsp Seafood Seasoning 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp. Dried Parley Flakes 2 tsp. lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil or butter 

Bruschetta Chicken

1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crushed garlic croutons
1 tablespoon butter, melt it
2 tomatoes
3 tablespoons minced fresh basil
2 garlic cloves, minced (appox. 1 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper

Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 4 chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
2 packets minute rice, optional
1/2 tablespoon (or more) sesame seeds
3 scallions, chopped

Chocolate Fudge Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temp
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
chocolate sprinkles for topping
chocolate ganache
5 ounces chopped milk chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
peanut butter frosting
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Chicken Piccata

2 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise, to form 4 thin cutlets
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
4 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup brined capers, rinsed
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
8 ounces Angel hair pasta
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
