Slow Cooker Asian Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts salt and pepper (to taste) ½ cup onion (diced) 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 cup honey ¼ cup ketchup ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 4 teaspoons cornstarch 1/3 cup water sesame seeds (for garnish) 3 green onions (sliced)
