Ingredients6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 carton (8 ounces) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
2 tablespoon butter
Salt to taste
6 pancetta strips
Place, seam side down in a buttered baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 35-45 minutes (depends on a chicken thickness). Broil 6 in. from the heat for 5 minutes or until pancetta is crisp. Sprinke parmesan over the top and serve.
