1lb ground chicken or turkey
2 oz cream cheese, softened

Blue cheese and Frank's red hot are salty enough.   Form into about one or one and a half  inch balls  Place them on a greased pan  and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 10 minutes. . Meanwhile, combine the Frank's and butterand place it on medium heat After 12 minutes, remove balls from oven and dip them in sauce.  Put back onto the cookie sheet and bake for another 12 minutes.  Serve with celery stick.

You do not have my permission to post this recipe and photo from my blog. While I appreciate that you like it enough to share, this is a major breach of blogging etiquette. For future reference, the proper way to share (and not upset other bloggers) is to use the photo only, with a link to the bloggers recipe. Please remove the recipe from your site or I will have to report you to Blogger which will cause your site to get shut down. Thank you.

Is the cream cheese necessary? I feel like it adds an unnecessary amount of fat.

Mellissa. . . this recipe isn't that special. . . if you don't care about the picture being shared you definitely shouldn't care about the recipe.

I think you need to chill out.
