Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pound pizza dough, at room temperature
10 oz. tomatoes, sliced
2 heads of broccoli, cut into little florets
8 oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 can pizza sauce
1 large purple onion, sliced
1 cup olives
coarse salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat the baking sheet with olive oil
Roll out pizza dough on a working surface covered with flour.Move the dough into a baking sheet.
Layer the pizza sauce on top. In a large bowl mix tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms and olives. Place the veggies on pizza dough. Season with salt and pepper ant top with onion.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
