Ingredients:
8 oz. pasta
1 cup black olives, pitted
6 cloves garlic, sliced
2 oz. olive oil
2 teaspoon rosemary, minced
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
28 oz. tomatoes, crushed
8 basil leaves, roughly chopped
2 basil leaves for decoration
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta according to bag directions.
In a large saucepan heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add sliced garlic, reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove garlic form oil.
Add olives, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, rosemary and crushed basil leaves into olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Saute for 6 minutes.
place pasta on serving plate, top with prepared sauce and decorate with basil and rosemary. Serve right away.
