Ingredients:
16 oz. white cake mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon cocoa, powdered
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup sugar
4 large egg whites
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 bags Smarties
2 cups whipped cream
16 oz. white cake mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange cupcake liners into a muffin tins.
Whisk flour, cake mix, cocoa, 1 bag os smarties, salt and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add in water, vanilla, sunflour oil, egg whites and sour cream. Whisk until well blended. Spoon the mixtuer into a muffin tins. Leave the liner 1/3 empty.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool down. Top with some whipped cream and sprinkle with smarties
