Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1 box white cake mix (16 oz.)
1 1/3 cup water
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons oil
candied pearls for decoration.

For the cream:
2 cups butter, softened
6 cups confectioners sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Arrange cupcake liners into a muffin tins, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl whisk flour, cake mix, sugar and salt until well blended. Then add egg whites, vanilla extract, oil, sour cream and water. Mix it all until smooth.
Pour the mixture into lined muffin tin, about 2/3 full. Insert into heated oven and bake for 18 minutes. When done, remove from oven and let it cool down to a room temperature.
To make a buttercream, cream the butter and sugar together. Add in vanilla extract and mix again. Move the cream into a large piping bag. Pipe the cream on top of each cupcake. decorate with some candied pearls.
