Ingredients:
6 10-inch tortillas
1 pound smoked deli turkey
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
12 oz. cheddar cheese
12 leaves of leaf lettuce
Alfalfa sprouts to taste

Directions:
Mix together garlic and mayonnaise in a small size bowl.
Microwave each tortilla for about 15 seconds. Coat each tortilla with mayo mixture. Place turkey, avocado, sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Roll each tortilla and cut into 3 - 4 pieces.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange tortilla rolls into a 12 x 9 inch baking pan and insert it into a heated oven. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes, just enough to melt cheddar cheese and all is combined.
Serve while still warm.
