Rosemary Roasted Potatoes




Ingredients: 

1/8 cup olive oil
1 1/2 pounds white skinned potatoes
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 teaspoon kosher salt






Directions:

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them cut them to quarters. Mix them with rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Move them into a baking sheet (in one layer).

Place them into a preheated oven and roast at 400 degrees F for one hour. Turn them once so that they are browned on all sides. When done, remove from oven, season if needed and serve while warm.
