Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water, warm
1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
2 cup nutella
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix 1/4 cup of water and yeast. Leave it for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl mix flour and salt, add in yeast mixture and rest of water. Mix well until dough is formed whit an electric mixer and dough hooks. Now knead with your hands for about 10 minutes, addin flour if needed but leave the dough to be a bit sticky. Set it aside on warm place for about an hour.
Remove the dough from bowl on a floured wooden working area and roll out to about 1/2 inch thick. Layer the nutella on top evenly but leave 1 inch empty on top side. Roll the dough from bottom to top. Move it to a baking sheet, leave the dough joint on bottom. Set aside covered with towel for 20 minutes
Now insert in preheated oven (375 degrees F) and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Remove from oven, let it cool down a bit and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
