Honey Pork Ribs With Rice


1 pound prime pork ribs
2  tablespoon honey
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2  teaspoon salt
1  teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons dark soya sauce
black pepper, grounded


In a small bowl combine oyster sauce, honey, garlic soy sauce salt and pepper. Coat the ribs with marinade and place them in refrigerator over night. Turn the meat 2 - 3 times in a bowl. Remove from refrigerator and leave on room temperature for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the pork in baking pan and insert into oven. Roast for 15 - 20 minutes, turn the meat and roast for 15 - 20 minutes again. Remove from oven and let it rest

Serve while warm with rice.
