Frittata with Parma Ham and Cherry Tomatoes




Ingredients: 

6 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz. Parma ham, sliced thinly
10 cherry tomatoes (depending on how big are your frittatas)



Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  In a large bowl, beat eggs, add butter, milk, salt and pepper. stir to combine. Grease a baking pan, pour the egg mixture in and top with sliced onion and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. When done, remove from oven, let it cool down for 10 minutes and cut to diamond shaped pieces.

Arrange on a serving plate, place one peace of ham, one cherry tomato and stab with toothpick.
