Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
2 eggs
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1teaspoon nutmeg, grounded
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grounded
1 teaspoon cinnamon, grounded
1 unbaked pie crust, 9 inch size
1/2 teaspoon salt
Whipped cream, for topping

Directions:
Add pumpkin, eggs, sweetened milk, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly, until well blended and smooth. Pour the mixture into prepared crust.
Place in preheated oven. Bake at 425 degrees F, for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 F and bake for another 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from pie. Remove from oven and let it cool down. Decorate with whipped cream.
