Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Beat the eggs in the large bowl, add sugar and softened butter and whisk until fluffy. In second bowl mix together flour, backing powder and salt. Combine to mixtures together.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Arrange cupcake liners in to cupcake tin, pour the mixture into a liners about 3/4 full. Insert into oven and bake 35-40 minutes.
When done remove from oven and place the cupcakes onto a large plate.
Combine heavy cream and sugar in the medium bowl add it to the confectionery beg and top the frosting on cupcakes. Decorate with dragees
