Corned Beef Hash


2 cups corned beef, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons butter
4 large potatoes, cooked and chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste


Add buttet into a large skillet and melt over medium-low heat. Add in potatoes, bell pepper,corned beef and onion. Stir to blend. Saute for couple of minutes on one side, turn with spoon and brown on other side. Remove from skillet and drain from fat.

Place on a large serving plate, season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
