Chocolate Chip Cookies




Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups all-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon salt




Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugars and salt. Add in butter and egg and stir thoroughly until all is combined. Add in chocolate chips and stir again.

Make 1 inch sized balls from the mixture and flatten them softly with the fork. Arrange them into a baking pan with baking sheet and insert into preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes. Let them cool down and serve.
