Caramel and Peanut Apples


  12 apples, stemless
2  packages (14 ounce) wrapped caramels, unwrapped
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup ground peanuts


Stab a wooden stick into each apple.

Add milk and caramels into a plastic bowl, microwave  for one minute, remove to stir, and then microwave for another 1 minute.

Remove from microwave and coat the apples with caramel and prepared grounded peanuts.
