Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound shrimp, boiled
2 cups flour
2 cups bread crumbs
1 large egg
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
wooden stick for each shrimp

Directions:
Stab each shrimp with wooden stick lengthwise and set aside.
In small but wide bowl pour milk and beat in large egg. In a second bowl mix flour and breadcrumbs. Coat each shrimp first in egg mixture and then in breadcrumbs. Deep fry shrimp on 375 degrees F until golden brown.
Arrange paper towels on a large plate and place fried shrimp on top to drain excess oil. Serve while hot with favorite sauce.
