Blackberry Smoothie




Ingredients: 

2 cups fresh blackberries
juice from 3 apples
1 banana
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/4 cup honey






Directions:

This smoothie recipe is very easy to make, yet so delicious. Everyone will love it and it will be a huge hit on your parties.

Add in all ingredients into blender bowl. Blend until smooth. When done, pour smoothie into a sieve to get rid of blackberry seeds. Cool id down for couple of minutes and serve.
