Bacon Egg and Tomato Cups




Ingredients: 

8 eggs
8 slices of precooked bacon (enough big to cover muffin pan mold)
1 large tomato, sliced








Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin tin with a cooking spray. In each mould place one slice of bacon in a way to form small well. 
Add an egg in each well and add a slice of tomato. Place in oven and bake for 8 minutes. Serve while hot.
