Ingredients:
2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs, softly beaten
7 cups self rising flour
1 teaspoon of salt
3 cups bran flakes, crushed
1 1/3 milk

Directions:
In a large bowl mix sugar butter and eggs until well blended. Add in flour, bran flakes and salt, stir to combine. Add in milk and mix again until all is combined and batter is formed.
Grease the baking pan, move the dough in, level it and cut into the rusk size you like. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add in the rusks and bake for 45 minutes. REmove from oven and put on warm place to dry.
