Ingredients:
2 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 fresh lettuce
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons lowfat cream cheese
Pinch salt
Pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Arrange salmon slices on large plate. Spread cream cheese thinly over the salmon and garnish with salt and rice vinegar. Roll the salmon, cut if the rolls are too big.Place the rolls on a serving plate, top with some black pepper and decorate with fresh lettuce.
