Ingredients:
1 cup nuts, minced
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 fresh mangos
1 tbsp white sugar
1 lemon, juiced
mulberry for decoration
Directions:
Add yogurt in a large bowl, whisk in cream and place it in a refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
Peel and cut mango to small slices. Heat a saucepan on medium heat, add 1 white sugar and lemon juice and cook for few minute until it becomes a compote, set aside.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar and nuts. Fill the serving cup to about one third. Next add in same amount of yogurt cream and fill the rest of cup with mango compote. Decorate with mulberry.
