Egg Quiche with Ham, Mushrooms and Cheese


1 cup ham, chopped cooked
1 cheddar cheese, cup shredded
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
8 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 unbaked pie shell
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl beat milk, eggs, salt and peppers. In another bowl add cheese, ham and mushrooms, season with oregano and toss to combine. Pour first mixture to second, toss again and pour into pie shell. 

Place quiche into preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, leave it to cool down for a few minutes and serve.
