Ingredients:
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
12 oz cranberries, fresh
lemon juice from 1 large lemon
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.In a medium size pot mix flour, water, sugar and salt. Place on heat and cook until smooth and thick. Stir until its done. Add in cranberries, cinnamon and lemon juice, cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat. Let it rest for 2 minutes and stir in melted butter.
Slightly grease pie plate with vegetable oil. Roll out one piece of dough, place it in a pie plate. Spoon the cranberry filling on the bottom dough. Roll out second peace of dough, cut into 1 1/2 inch stripes and arrange them on top of the filling. Seal the edges. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
