Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 oz. chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
In a double boiler melt the chocolate. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. In a side bowl beat butter with electric mixer, add in white and brown sugar, beat again. Then add in an eggs and beat well all ingredients. Add in flour mixture, vanilla and sour cream, beat again until smooth. Heat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a muffin pan and insert paper liners. Fill in 2/3 cups with the mixture and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Check with the toothpick. When done, remove from oven and let it rest for couple of minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting and decorate with bwown and white chocolate. For final touch stick in cinnamon cookie in each cupcake.
