Cheesy Bread




Ingredients: 
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups  all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
2 cups  cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded




Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour  baking  pan and  Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Add Pepper Jack cheese and 1 cup cheddar cheese, toss to coat.

Next mix milk, sour cream, 3 tbsp. butter and egg in another bowl. Combine first and second mixture and mix it just to spread evenly.

Pour the batter onto baking pan by creating small round breads. Place the pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top ov each bread. Bake for another 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove the bread from oven  let it cool down.
