Breaded Mozzarella Balls




Ingredients: 

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut to 1 inch cubes
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
vegetable oil for frying






Directions:
In a first shallow bowl or a plate add flour. Beat eggs in a second bowl and add milk, whisk to combine. Add in breadcrumbs in a third bowl. Coat well each mozzarella cube with flour, then eggs and finally with breadcrumbs.
 
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on a 350 degrees F. Gently add mozzarella and fry for one minute or until golden brown. when done, remove from skillet and place on paper towel to drain. Serve while hot with your any sauce you like.
