Ingredients:
2oz caster sugar
4oz flour
4oz butter
2 eggs
pinch nutmeg
4 oz blueberries
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Mix butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and beat for couple of minutes. Next add flour, nutmeg and baking powder. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add muffin papers to muffin sheets and pour the mixture to about 3/4 of the each muffin case. Add in couple of blueberries to each muffin. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees F. Serve with half and half cream.
