Shrimp tomato and zucchini salad


4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 teaspoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 cup dried bread cubes


Grill shrimp until light pink and set aside. Melt the butter in a pan and add garlic zuchinni, tomatoes. Season the sauce and cook for 8 minutes stirring occasionaly. Add shrimp and saute for another 2 minutes. Plce it on a large plate, add bread cubes and decorate with basil. Enjoy!
