Shrimp newburg


12 shrimp
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
3 buns, halved


Clean shrimp, Melt butter; add flour, paprika, salt and pepper, blend together. Add milk and cream gradually.

Melt butter on a medium heat. Add  paprika, flour and season it with salt and pepper. Stir it good and add milk and gradually. Cook for 5 minutes.

In a separate pan, melt some butter and add shrimp. Saute for 8 - 10 minutes or until they are light pink, move them in sauce and stir good. place shrimp and sauce on a halfved bun, decorate with chive.
