Roasted Garlic Potatoes




Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds small red potatoes
5 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, grounded
1/4 cup olive oil






Directions:


Powerheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Coat the baking pan with half of olive oil. Cut the potatoes as desired but not too big, place them in oiled pan, add garlic, salt, pepper and rest of oil, give it a good stir and arrange the mixture in one layer. Put the pan in heated oven for 20 minutes, remove from oven, gently turn over potatoes stirring and roast for another 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place the potatoes in serving dish.
