Ingredients:
2 can yellow corn, drained
2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 can black beans, drained
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 bunch finely chopped cilantro
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let rest for 20 minutes in refrigerator. remove from fridge, and moove to a serving dish. Enjoy!
