Chocolate Cake




Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup cooking chocolate 




Directions:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a baking pan.

In a large bowl add the cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, flour and sugar.Stir until all ingredients are combined. Then Mix the milk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract in another dish and pour in first bowl. Stir until all is combined and smooth. Move the mixture into greased pan and place the pan in oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool down.

In a small pan melt the butter and cooking chocolate. Stir until mixed, remove from heat, let it rest for couple of minutes and pour on top of the cake evenly. Use a large knife or cooking paddle to spread the chocolate until smooth. Let it cool down completely and cut the cake to taste.
