Beef and Bell Peppers Stir Fry




Ingredients:

12 oz. flank steak, trimmed
1 large red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 large green bell pepper, sliced into strips
12 oz. fresh noodles
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tablespoon olive oil, divided
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:


Marinate the steak with garlic, season it with salt and pepper, pound to 1/4 inch thickness(wrap around plastic sheet to prevent making a mess) and leave it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook the noodles in salted water, drain, cover and set aside. Now cut the steake to 1/4 inch thick stripes across the grain.
  
In a large skillet or wok heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add onions and bell peppers. Stir fry for 2 minutes, remove to  a bowl and cover. Now in the same skillet add remaining olive oil, heat it and add in stripped beef. leave it for 1/2 minute and than stir fry for another 1/2 to 1 minute. Add in peppers, soy sauce, sesame oil and cilantro and  stir fry for another 1/2 minute. Remove from heat and stir in noodles. Serve on a large plates.
