Ingredients9 oz frozen Shrimp
3 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 cup fresh Broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoon extr virgin Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp and fry until pink, remove from skillet. Add garlic and mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are a tender (about 3 - 4 minutes). Add in broccoli and carrots and cook about 6 minutes, Stir occasionaly. Add fried shrimp and teriyaki sauce.
