Honey and lime glazed chicken with potatoes


2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 chicken breast
1 bone-in chicken thighs
1 lime
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon parsely
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

Coat the baking dish with oil. Put chicken breasts (skin on top) and tights in a baking dish and season to taste. In a small dish combine honey, lime juice and soy sauce and coat the chicken with mixture. Season the potatoes, add them around the chicken ad sprinke parsely over them. Place it into a heated oven on 375 deegres and bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Remove from oven 2 times and spoon the juices over chicken. After its done, serve on a large plate and decorate with parsely.
