Ingredients1 lbs boneless skinless turkey tenderloins
2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp rosemary, chopped
2 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp honey mustard
2 tsp lime zest
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Mix together oregano, rosemary, lime zest and bread crumbs and set aside.
Season the turkey with salt and pepper, coat it with honey mustard and roll in bread crumbs mixture, coat it well. Place the turkey in heated oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Remove from oven, wait for 5 minutes and then slice it to 1/2 inch thick. If desired, add tomato sauce on top.
