Ingredients
4 slices fresh tuna, about 1 inch thickextra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
3 onions, sliced
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix the vinegar, mint leaves, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano in a pan, add tuna in and leave it to marinate for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 4 peaces of aluminium foil with olive oil and add one layer chopped onions. place each tuna steak to its foil and add resto of the onions on top. Seal each foil and and grill for 8 - 10 minutes on one side, turn and grill for another 5 - 6 minutes.
