Grilled beef satay



Ingredients

1 pound beef tenderloin
20 wooden skewers, soaked in water 20 minutes
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
1 lemon
Olive oil
Parsley leaves

      
Directions
Cut the beef into 2 inch stripes and thread it onto the skewers. Mix  parsley,garlic, ginger, curry powder, and  lemon juice  form lemon hlaf in a dish and give  it a good stir. Place the beef skewers into the marinade  coat them well. Cover and let the meat marinate in the fridge for up to 1 1/2 hours.

Oil a grill pan and place it over medium heat. Grill the satays for 4 to 5 minutes on one side, then turn them and grill for another 2-3 min, until nicely seared and cooked through. Decorate it rest of the parsley leaves and lemon and dish is ready to serve.
