Ingredients
1 teaspoon red minced pepper1/2 cup green chilies, chopped
2 large eggs
4 tablespoon white flour
3 tablespoon corn flour
2 pounds prawns
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine red pepper, chilies, eggs and flours into a large bowl and season to taste. Marinate the prawns for 30 minutes. Deep fry them till to golden shade, move them to a large plates and serve it with ketchup.
