Ingredients
1 lb. crawfish tail1/2 cup butter
1 onion, chopped
1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 tablespoon. cornstarch
1/3 cup chopped green onions
15 frozen pie shells
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 small can (5-oz.) evaporated milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium pan,add butter, let it melt and add onion.Saute for 3 minutes and then add shrimp soup. Stir often. In small bowl, add cornstarch and slowly stir in evaporated milk and keep stirring until blended. Add the mixture into onion and soup and cook it for couple of minutes, till well blended. Then add crawfish tails, green onion, salt and pepperand and cook another 10 minutes. Fill pie shells and bake in oven for 25 minutes.
