Chicken and avocados with sherry cream sauce

Chicken works great with avocado...


3 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 
1 tblsp flour
3 tblsp olive oil 
1 onion, halved lengthwise and sliced thin crosswise
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium size avocado (chop it to peaces)
3 tsp medium-dry sherry
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tblsp minced fresh parsley leaves
salt and pepper, to taste



Cut the chicken breasts, toos it with flour and add salt and pepper to taste. Heat 1tblsp in a large skillet, put chicken breasts in and brown the meat. Remove the chicken from skillet and add remaining oil and heat it again. Add onions, garlic and avocado, stirring for 3 minutes and then add Sherry and lemon juice and deglaze skillet, stirring. Add browned chicken, cream, broth, parsley and season it to taste. Boil until dish ticken, chicken has to be unther the sauce. Serve the dish on a plate and decorate it with avocado.
