Carne Asada Tacos

Great Mexican dish!


Ingredients


       
1 1/2  pound boneless beef top sirloin,
1 lemon
1 (28 ounce) can tomatillos
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1  can beef broth
2/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper ( i use white green red and black pepper mix.)
10 (6 inch) corn tortillas
1 onion, chopped
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped


      

Directions

First slice the beef and place it into a bowl. Add pepper, salt and lemon juice from our lemon :). Stir the meat until every peace is covered. Then place the bowl to fridge fo about 20 - 25 minutes. Now you have time for the sauce. Place jalapeno and tomatillo to a bowl and blend them. add one tbsp of olive oil to a pan and heat it. pour in the blended mix. and cook for 5 - 6  mins. Stir it frequently. Then add beef broth and cook it on low temperature for 25 - 30 mins. Now heat the rest of oil in a big pan, add beef and fry the meat for a 3 minutes. Move the meat to another dish. Now heat the tortillas in microwave. Now place two tortillas on a plate. Add some beef and pour the tomatillo - jalapino mix. Then add some sliced tomatoes and avocado to the top.
