Grissini sticks



Ingredients:


1 cup of milk
Half cube of yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1.3 pound of flour
1 baking powder
1 cup of sunflower oil
1 egg
2 yolks
3 tsp. of salt
sesame and flax seeds
1 box of grissini
Instructions:

Mix the warm milk, yeast, 1 tsp. of sugar and 2 tsp of flour and leave it somewhere warm. Meantime mix the half of flour that's left with baking powder, sunflower oil, 1 whole egg and salt. Then add the first mixture into second one, knead the dough and leave it in the fridge for 12 hours. After half a day take the dough and knead it again.

Add some more flour if needed. Roll out the dough and cut it to stripes with sharp knife. Roll the stripes around grissini and lay them in a pan. Coat them with yolks and sprinkle some sesame and flax seeds on them. Place the pot in oven on 180 degrees until the rolls get golden color!
