1 large carrot
1 red sweet pepper
1 green sweet pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
broccoli or other vegs you like
2 c. sliced mushrooms (6-8 mushrooms)
Instructions:Slice the chicken breasts and add some salt, papper and some ground pepper. Then cut the vegetables and mushrooms to equal peaces.
Heat up the olive oil in wok and then add the chicken. After about 2 to 3 min add the onion, carrots, broccoli, sweet pepper and stir it for about 5 mins on average temperature. Then add some mushrooms and cook it for another 5 minutes. Vegetables must remain crispy but not overcooked. When finished, add a pinch of chive on top adn serve the dish with rice.
