Slice the chicken breasts and add some salt, papper and some ground pepper. Then cut the vegetables and mushrooms to equal peaces.

Heat up the olive oil in wok and then add the chicken. After about 2 to 3 min add the onion, carrots, broccoli, sweet pepper and stir it for about 5 mins on average temperature. This chicken looks like it was cooked in some kind of sauce. I don't see how it's possible to make anything resembling what's in the picture with only olive oil, salt and pepper.

I agree with Karel. Looks like there is a sauce. Can you clarify please?

Hi Kristy and Karel, sorry if I mislead you. I added some soy sauce just before it was finished. It was ok but i think it would be much better without soy sauce. Im sorry again, ill replace the photo when i make this dish again.

I agree Karel, it looks like a sauce was used, teriyaki or soy.

Thanks for that follow up.

I make a similar dish minus the mushrooms add chestnuts and snap peas... You should add teriyaki and brown sugar with red pepper flakes if you like spicy.
