Honey Chicken Breasts with soy souce

Ingredients:

1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger root
4 cloves minced garlic

Mix this ingredients to a large bag

4 large chicken breasts with bones and without skin.

Add the marinade over the chicken and put it in the fridge for a few of hours. You leave it over night.

Place the marinaded chicken breasts on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F, uncovered, for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

While the chicken is cooking, bath it with the previous marinade every 10 minutes. It will be so tasty!

Enjoy

Could you use boneless skinless chicken breasts?
